V\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 nejsou ani sklony k depresivn\u00edm stav\u016fm a probl\u00e9my se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm. Dal\u0161\u00edm projevem jsou v\u00fdkyvy n\u00e1lad.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Premenstrua\u010dn\u00ed syndrom m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt tak daleko, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee i zhor\u0161it n\u011bkter\u00e9 nemoci.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ohro\u017eeny jsou zejm\u00e9na ty \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 trp\u00ed astmatem, migr\u00e9nami, alergi\u00ed nebo epilepsi\u00ed.V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed skupinu \u017een, kter\u00e9 trp\u00ed PMS, tvo\u0159\u00ed ty, kter\u00e9 u\u017e prod\u011blaly alespo\u0148 jedno t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Pokud m\u011bly po porodu deprese, maj\u00ed velkou \u0161anci, \u017ee se budou s PMS pot\u00fdkat. N\u011bkdy si m\u016f\u017ee \u017eena pomoci od t\u011bchto nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch stav\u016f sama. L\u00e9ka\u0159i doporu\u010duj\u00ed hlavn\u011b pohyb &ndash; rychlou ch\u016fzi, b\u011bh, j\u00edzdu na kole. V\u00fdborn\u00fdm prost\u0159edkem je tak\u00e9 plav\u00e1n\u00ed. Je ale pot\u0159eba za\u0159adit tyto aktivity do \u017eivota ka\u017ed\u00fd den. Bylo by po\u0161etil\u00e9 si myslet, \u017ee budu cvi\u010dit dva dny v m\u011bs\u00edci a probl\u00e9my odezn\u00ed.
